On behalf of the Sandwell Stopping Female Genital Mutilation (SSFGM), a subgroup of the Sandwell Domestic Abuse Strategic Partnership (DASP) we would like to express our gratitude for the excellent work Ella has contributed over the past 3 years.
Ella has been a key member of the group and without Ella’s passion, commitment and energy, the group would not have achieved any of the success as it has. Most recently, Ella has been key in developing an FGM lesson plan/resource pack for Key Stage 2 & 3 pupils, expertly compiling the delivery of training to all Designated Safeguarding Leads in Sandwell Schools.
SSFGM’s has immense gratitude for the excellent work Ella has done. It was an enormous undertaking on top of her then current role, but Ella made everything happen smoothly and efficiently!
Ella can leave Sandwell knowing she has made a positive contribution to the work of the group and her contribution will continue to shape support in schools for years to come. We have very been very lucky to have had such a wonderful partner as part of our group for the past 3 years.
