We will spend one day on-site getting to know the staff and children and understanding the ethos of your setting. This will provide the foundation for us to complete a safeguarding review, and produce a report and action plan for you. This full review is an opportunity for external review and reflective learning.
The review will be completed in close collaboration with the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and is an opportunity to evaluate safeguarding and child protection fully. It supports the development of effective safeguarding practice, helping you identify gaps and implement appropriate changes to your safeguarding culture.
