Ella has Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with many schools and provides a range of training and consultancy services to them on an annual basis.
The Service Level Agreements offer peace of mind to schools as they know they will have the required training and support to enable them to carry out their roles effectively.
The Service Level Agreement will be bespoke to your school and its specific requirements and can cover:

- Weekly Briefing Emails (Term time only)
