Ella Savell-Boss

Ella's passion as a safeguarding consultant is to work with professionals in education to support and safeguard vulnerable children and families and achieve more positive outcomes for all. Her work often involves collaboration with support services and the delivery of expert guidance to help embed effective safeguarding practices across settings.

She is committed to remaining relevant and up to date, working with staff, children, families, professionals, and communities to never become distant from the real challenges that everyone faces when working to safeguard young people and uphold best practices in safeguarding children.

How I can help with Safeguarding

Ella and Beth have the skills and expertise to deliver safeguarding training to schools and other environments across the globe, offering both in-person and online training sessions designed to be informative and engaging sessions for all participants. Ella currently chairs, keynotes, and writes for Optimus Education Ltd, the leading providers of professional development and support for schools and other educational institutions.

In addition, Ella offers a range of safeguarding consultancy services including safeguarding reviews and safeguarding supervision, helping schools assess, reflect on, and improve their safeguarding practices.

Ella also works closely with Dai Durbridge, Partner at Browne Jacobson Lawyers who specialise in safeguarding and education.
